Is your home a Green Home yet? If it isn’t, why not?

A quick Wiki search would easily define the term, ‘zero net energy building’ which simply means, “the total amount of energy used by the building on an annual basis is roughly equal to the amount of renewable energy created on the site, or in other definitions by renewable energy sources elsewhere.”

According to New Buildings Institute, “the number of net-zero energy residential and commercial buildings doubled between 2012 and 2014 in the U.S.” and “nearly a third of new single-family homes in the U.S. will be green by 2016,” quipped McGraw Hill Construction. These Green Trends are very likely to increase and continue which is definitely good news in terms of minimizing one’s carbon footprint in our world today.

As far as solar PV systems are concerned in the grand scheme of things, it is definitely a go-to source for RE as reliable solar has become more attainable and cost-effective than ever before while offering incredible energy savings to its adopters. “Prices for installing the solar PV systems have also plummeted by more than a whopping 70% since 2006,” according to reports by The Solar Energy Industries Association.

“There is no denying that solar power is now mainstream, and for 30 years we’ve helped SunPower customers stay well ahead of the energy curve with high efficiency solar solutions that deliver clean electricity and significant energy savings,” Werner added.  “At SunPower, we believe in changing the way our world is powered.  And it’s never been a better time for homeowners to make the change.”

SunPower is one of the leaders in solar PV systems for homes in the U.S. while we, here at SimpliSolar also have the same mind to give you, our valuable customers, the best bang for your buck with hopes to also create a greener and sustainable Malaysia.

Join Us in this noble cause and together, we will rule the galaxy Go Green!
