The Role Take charge of delivering our renewable energy solutions as a Project Engineer. You will manage the end-to-end execution of our solar PV and electrical projects, coordinating everything from site mobilization to final handover to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Drive site mobilization, installation, testing, and commissioning while ensuring work aligns perfectly with approved designs and BOQs.
- Resource Management: Plan and manage site manpower, materials, tools, and subcontractor support to keep projects running efficiently.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Bridge the gap between Design, Procurement, Technicians, and clients to resolve site constraints and ensure seamless project handovers.
- Safety & Quality: Enforce strict site safety rules (PPE, JSAs, toolbox briefings), manage comprehensive project documentation, and oversee defect rectifications.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Construction Management.
- 2–4 years of experience in project execution, solar PV, or M&E works.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, site layouts, and BOQ requirements.
- Solid understanding of site safety protocols and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and willing to travel frequently to various project sites and rooftops.
